Our highly experienced band and professional vocalists recreate that authentic Carpenters sound from Richards meticulously crafted arrangements and harmonies, to Karen's Haunting Vocals accompanied by on screen footage of the carpenters that includes clips of interviews and performances. The show is led by vocalist Laura Clinton who has been a Carpenters fan for as long as she can remember. Her parents' Carpenters LP 'Now and Then' was a major influence in her development as a singer, learning a lot from Karen’s amazing vocal technique and the way she sang every song from the heart. Laura remembers watching 'The Karen Carpenter story' and being touched by the sadness of a great life lost. Halloween Rocks.
